Yes, your cargo is insured during transport depending on the items. Our insurance policy covers any damages that may occur depending on specific items. What happens if my cargo is damaged during transport?
If your cargo is damaged during transport, the first step is to document the damage by taking detailed photos and noting any issues on the Waybill upon delivery. Next, you should contact our customer service team immediately to report the damage. We will initiate an investigation and work with you to file a claim. Our insurance covers damages that occur during transit, and we will guide you through the claims process to ensure you receive appropriate compensation for repairs. Can I track my freight?
Yes, you can track your freight. You will receive your freight number from us, along with access to our system where you can track your cargo.
